Shipping

Orders are processed within 72 hours of purchase, allow 10-14 dyas for international shipping.

For time-sensitive gifts, email us at eve@byeve.studio and we'll prioritise accordingly.

Once your order is confirmed and handed to our courier, it's in their care — we can't be held liable for courier errors or postal delays outside our control.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds, but if something isn't right, we offer an exchange within two weeks of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, we'll replace it — or offer store credit for the purchase price, excluding delivery costs.

Return Policy

If you're unhappy with your piece, reach out within two weeks of receiving it and we'll issue store credit for the purchase price (delivery costs excluded).

special orders + custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return:

Chains are delicate by nature and require gentle handling; we're not responsible for chain damage from wear. A replacement fee applies — R150 for sterling silver, R800–R1000 for gold, depending on length.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are issued as store credit toward a future order. Orders placed with store credit are treated as new orders, with standard shipping costs and timelines.
